London Academy celebrates best ever GCSE results

The Department for Education has released the final, validated GCSE results for the last academic year and we are delighted to announce they are the strongest set of GCSE results London Academy has ever achieved.

London Academy achieved a progress 8 score of 1 which means that students at London Academy on average achieved one grade better in each of their GCSEs in comparison to their equivalent peers. This is a phenomenal achievement for our students and we are immensely proud of their hard work and subsequent success. In addition, a progress 8 score of 1 places London Academy 42nd out of over 6,000 secondary schools in the country which is a truly remarkable accomplishment.
