Sixth Form Dress Code
We expect all our students to have very high professional standards and uniform is no exception to this. Sixth Form is about preparing you for the world of work and so it is important that all students have high and appropriate standards of personal appearance.
Please see the table below and the images for what will be permitted.
Please note sanctions will be implemented for students who fail to meet these expectations.

Boys’ shirts & blazer & tops. |
White colour shirt with traditional collar, to be worn with a tie at all times, either long or short-sleeved This is to be worn under a suit/tailored jacket/blazer. A black, navy blue or grey tailored plain jacket/blazer. A plain black, blue or grey V neck jumper (maybe worn under the blazer). A blazer/tailored jacket must be worn around the Academy at all times. It can be taken off during lessons.

Girls’ shirts & blazer & tops. |
White colour shirt with traditional collar to be worn at all times, either long or short-sleeved (with appropriate non see through under garment). This is to be worn under a suit/tailored jacket. A black, blue, grey tailored plain jacket with a collar. A plain black, blue or grey V neck jumper (maybe worn under the blazer).
Abayas should be black, blue or grey. A suit/tailored jacket should be worn over an abaya. Hijabs should be black, blue, grey or white. A blazer/tailored jacket must be worn around the Academy at all times. It can be taken off during lessons.

Outdoor wear: Jackets and outdoor clothing (hats & gloves) must be removed on entering the Academy. They should be left in your lockers. No caps, hoodies, sports tops, denim, fur or leather jackets of any style at any time If an outdoor coat is required it should be of a plain dark colour (blue, dark grey, black) with no logos. |
