Career Ready

Career Ready is a national social mobility charity running a programme for students studying either Business, ICT, Maths or Economics, to improve their employability skills.

Running from January (Year 12) to January (Year 13), each participant benefits from a range of in-house masterclasses, trips to organisations, an individual business mentor, and the chance to complete a 4–6-week paid internship during the summer holidays.

Previous internships and visits include Morgan Stanley, EY, BUPA, Citi, Savills and CBRE.

To qualify for this valuable scheme, students require the right to work in the UK and be available during the summer holidays.
